We ventured down the road by foot to a historic downtown area called Faneuil Hall Marketplace. It was a really neat area, and would have loved it if we had been able to do clothes shopping, lots of great stores! We found lunch here, they had a very very long row of food vendors to choose from and we chose a fun panini place. We also saw the Cheers restaurant and stopped at a Christmas store (which are all over the place here by the way!) and picked up an ornament of a lighthouse for our Christmas tree!
We made it back to the hotel in about 1 1/2 hours and while Josh laid down for a nap, Ty and I went for a swim in the hotel pool! We had a blast. He's starting off as such a good swimmer, we worked on kicking and blowing bubbles. So much fun spending that time with him!
Enjoyed a small thunderstorm and then found a restaurant for dinner, and it was very yummy! Now just relaxing, getting ready for bed soon!! :)
Well ~ I enjoyed Day 3 in Boston..... I liked Josh & Ty looking into the Aquarium.... You all look GREAT..... Enjoy your day tomorrow..... I will be checking to see what happens..... Love You/Gramma

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to get a lighthouse Christmas ornament to hang on your tree every year and remember this special vacation! Good purchase! :)
